Hello,In response to complaint #***, we have handled the issues within the complaint. A new well was drilled and meter has been changed. Water has cleared up with the newly drilled well. In regards to her stating, that we're overcharging her for water for this lady's deceased
father's residence, she has been offered two opportunities to close this account and she has chose to keep it open, because she doesn't want to pay a reconnect fee in the future As a water utility company we are required to charge a base rate, a fixed sewer rate and assessorial tax Which in turn she will continue to be billed monthly on that account as long as she chooses to keep water connection
