Review: I ordered a brand new ssr 250 enduro from Gokartusa and when it arrived and I unboxed it there was so much damage to the bike I called my credit card to stop payments that day. I called Gokartusa many times along with emails and kept getting the run around from them. I explained to them it was the shipping company that most likely damaged the bike and that if it were just a few small things than I would have accepted parts. After a week of being ignored by [redacted]' I was helped by a guy there named 'Jeff', he wasn't much of any help either then their manager stepped in. After I sent in 3 help request forms and pictures they kept telling me I was wrong and that it was minor damage and that they'd take it back and inspect it, yet if they deemed it was minor damage I would be charged another fee. The last email I received from them stated they wanted me to get them an itemized list of every part broken on the bike, there are more problems than I can count. On top of being no help and this process dragging on, their 'manager' was rude and no help at all.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back, this bike retuned, and nothing to do with this company ever again.

Review: I opened the box and looked at part and is does not work. I didn't put it on its just the wrong part and they will not take it back. I paid 175 for it and its still in the box.Desired Settlement: Just want them to take it back and give me my money back.
