Review: I ordered a subscription that was for 3 yrs plus 1 year free totaling 4 yrs they changed to all digital and then I wasn't receiving I talked to someone who got it set up digitally for me and have only received 2 issues since. I contacted numerous times through email and fax to address this issue at least 15 or more times combined fax/email with no response or correspondence to this date I have my emails and copy of the faxes that went through and no response I would like to get the magazine but if they can't respect me enough to respond or send me my magazine then I would just like a refund for the 3 yrs I have paid for.Desired Settlement: Either I receive my subscription plus the issues I have not received if they can't do that then I would like a full refund I actually enjoyed the magazine to where when I did not receive I ordered an issue and paid for one that I should have received electronically and didn't.
