On 2/1/20 I set up a digital mailbox for my business via website. I was taken to another screen that asked for me to notarize document form 1583 for U.S. mail. I walked through all their prompts and was asked to pay $*** to notarize this document. On 2/7/20, I checked my digital mailbox via iPostal1 app. There were 2 documents that were scanned in and awaiting my pick up. I went to pick up my items and I was greeted by Chris (employee) as I provided my passport to retrieve my mail. Chris took my passport and looked at my passport and then back up at me seven times in attempt to actually identify that I was the correct person on the passport. Chris then advised me that form 1583 was missing and that he would give me my mail today. I advised him that I notarized the document online as it directed me to which was $*** to complete. Chris stated that he would release my mail to me since there are times that there is a delay in the form being sent over from the notary company. On 2/11/20, I received an email stating that the form was still missing. On February 12th or 13th I took the form to my bank (***) and had the form notarized. I went to pick up my mail and greeted by Chris, I immediately gave him the form and my passport and apologized that they had not received it. In the app there were only 2 items scanned but a total of 12 items were ready for pick up. Chris then advised that he may not be able to accept the form and walks to the back for his manager. He comes back and asked for me to show him my drivers license. I asked him why and he stated that he was a notary and he could notarize the document. I advised him that it was not necessary to re-notarize a notarized document. He stated, "The seal looked strange". I told him he could contact *** to verify and this was harassment and finally he gave me my mail. I have been harassed by Chris repeatedly and would like for this type of behavior to cease.

Other (requires explanation) When I go in to pick up my mail, I do not want to be treated unfairly or asked to continue to show numerous identification. I want to be able to pick up my mail without any problems or feeling harassed by employee or supervisor (Andy). I also want to make sure that when they are having individuals notarize a document via online, that the online company that they work with make sure to get the required documents over to them in a timely fashion and possibly a credit on my account for this.
