Gogel Auto

Review: Gogel auto has one location in the tri-state area, and it is located inside a car dealership in Morristown, NJ. I live an hour and a half away, and when my car broke down, said dealership said I had to rent with Gogel. Since Gogel has no other locations, I asked if they would be able to pick up the car from me, or if I could have it towed back to them. They failed to provide any accommodation and said my only option was to return the car myself. They then threatened by saying if the car wasn't returned by a certain date, they would charge my credit card extra. I do not have time to drive 3 hours round trip to return their rental. They need to be more accommodating towards their customers needs.Desired Settlement: Allow me to return the car via tow or to send a drive to pick up the car for me.
