Review: This site advertised flowers delivered for $19.99 - I realize that there would most likely be a large handling fee. I ordered flowers for my mothers birthday, they were not delivered as requested. I called, to cancel - they were delivered the next day. I received a statement for $33.98 on the day of the order. My card was charged $42.13 on 10/15. I realize this isn't much money, but I feel like this is theft. I have called to ask to have this charge justified - I was told when calling on two occasions that somebody would return my call. Nobody has done so. I have called twice, I have e-mailed three times. No response. I feel as though this is theft. If you send me a bill for a figure - but, you actually bill me for *more* and do not justify the charge with me - that's theft. (FYI - they list their city as "San Juan" - for some reason, the Revdex.com site would not accept that city)Desired Settlement: I think a complete refund of what they billed me is valid. I realize it probably won't happen - but, if I did business that way - I'd do that to avoid legal action. Obviously, I can't fly across the country for this small fee - but, this should be made right.

problem with your order or for a second choice of product. By continuing this order we have
your authorization, approval and permission to Increase the flower order to deluxe size and
price and agree to the terms and conditions, Thank you for your order.
Also on our websltes It states No sales tax In some states! Tennessee Is not one of them. Therefore he
was charged the appropriate taxes.
No refund can be made at this time, as the customer did receive the order with an upgrade, and by
continuing with this order gave his permission to charge his card for the deluxe version. Which came to
$42.13.

The order was delivered a day late - and, I was unaware of no "upgrade" - if I paid for an upgrade - I'd sure like to know what that was. I called and e-mailed on multiple occasions to ask for a justification for my charges. Nobody responded after I was told that they would.
I realize my money is lost. This is a very poor way of doing business. I'm a little offended by seeing a response saying that I received an "upgrade" - I ordered the flowers I wanted, they came a day late, I WAS SENT A BILL FOR ONE FIGURE AND WAS CHARGED ANOTHER ONE. I received no statement from them showing final billing. I only found it when I checked my bank account.
Very poor business.
