Dear Revdex.com, Unfortunately, we did not see a prior email from Revdex.com but thankfully found this email in the spam folder before it was deleted.I spoke with Revdex.com on 7/to insure this email was not spam due to links.I contacted the customer via telephone on July Customer was reassured that we are a legitimate business of years and that backorders will ship just as soon as new stock arrives which is expected AUG 14-17, as stated in Update sent to B/O customers on July Unfortunately, we have experienced unforeseen production and shipping delays (as noted in all shipping updates sent to customers) that have delayed receipt of new stock These delays also caused backorders to ship later than expectedHowever, new stock will arrive no later than 8/when customer's order will be fulfilledIn all updates we have also given backorder customers the option to cancel their order due to shipping delaysThe customer was very satisfied and assured by our conversation and wishes to proceed with her order for shipping in August.We are sincerely sorry to our customer for the unexpected delays and are very eager to get this order, as well as all backorders fulfilled as soon aspossible.Thank you and regards, Kristina T [redacted] President GoDogGo, Inc
