To Whom Can Provide Assistance / Support, I wanted to update the information concerning my claim against Godfather Air Soft, Green Brook NJ. I was contacted on April 10th by *** (Manager) via a phone call, and he simply said “we found your gun and its ready for pick up”I was
traveling at the time and said we will do our best to pick it up as soon as possibleHe replied “Ok”. My son and I went on April 18th to the store and *** (weekend Supervisor) took our copy of the receipt, brought my son his gun, asked if that was the correct gun, then asked me to sign a $receipt stating no work had been done to the gun. There was no apology, no offer of compensation, just a simple Thanks goodbye. It wasn’t until we got home did my son discover that they had in fact replaced the $piece that we had original took it there to have fixed. I just wanted to make sure my complaint was updates and that it is noted that we did receive our air soft gun back finally
