Review: I bought some coins from them and they didn't send what they was advertising so I called them and told them I wasn't happy with what they sent and they said to send them back for a refund or replacement. At the time I was going to try the replacements but started getting the run around from them. I sent the coins back insured and you had to sign for them and the post office did deliver the coins and got a signature for them but for the last 2 weeks they keep saying they haven't gotten them and they will go to post office and see if they are there but I don't believe that you can drop off a package at a P O Box and get a signature. Have dealt with this company once before and it took around 3 months to get all my coins then. Don't think this is a way to run a busy and I will not buy from them again and will tell everyone about this problemDesired Settlement: I just want a refund

Review: On July 2 2014 I ordered several half-dollars and some silver certificates and was told that they would ship with in two weeks. On or around August the 7th I was contacted by Gobrecht and told that my order was ready but that they need to charge me more money. I refused and asked that they honor their word and deliver the items that they had charged me for on my credit card. They agreed to ship them to me. On August 27 I called because I had not received the merchandise. I was told that the order was not complete. I asked if they had some of the order ready. The lady said that yes they had some of the product ready. I asked her to ship it. She asked to let her have a couple of day and she would send them. I asked that she please text me the tacking number when she did. That day came and she never called and the coins never came. I called on September 10 and they said that they were sorry but that the order was not ready, but that it would be ready by that Friday and they would text me the tracking number. I called that Friday around 4 pm and spoke to the same young lady that I had talked to earlier and she put me on hold for about 5 minutes. When they came back a man named Mike answered the phone and said that my order was not ready, He was sorry about that. He said that he worked out of the Florida office and that he was one of the princables of the company and that he would personally see that my order was gotten together and shipped by Friday the 19th and that he would text me the tracking number. I still have not received a text or have they called me. The total charge is for 219.95. And I still have not received the order.Desired Settlement: I would like my order shipped.

Review: I purchased 33 silver coins, some mint and rare coins. Many coins have been labeled junk silver by my local dealers.I paid $1750 for the order. The highest I could resell was $850. I am disappointed. Especially when the seller advertised April issue of "Coinage" that my purchase would far exceed the value of the coins. That statement is in the ad.This is false advertisement, plain and simple. I was misled in believing I could make a profit. Therefore, I expected 25% or better profit from my purchase. Note: I was not able to locate one dealer willing to purchase the coins for the amount I paid.Desired Settlement: Make a direct deposit to my bank account. I have already sent routing and banking information to no avail.
Review: On July 5, 2014 I ordered 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 Silver American Eagles from Gobrecht Numismatics. The total cost was $135. I called them July 25, 2014 and ask them did they receive my order. The woman I talked to said they did not get it. She tried to talk me out of tracing the money order that I mailed. On August 1, 2014 the United States Postal Service mailed me a copy of that money order. My money order was deposited into a [redacted] Bank account for Gobrecth Numismatics by a Mr. Michael O'[redacted]. I called them twice that day. The first time they put me on hold, then hung up on me. The second time they told me they will refund my money and I would receive it in 4 days. It is now one week later. They have not returned my money.Desired Settlement: The return of my $135.
