Gober's

I was very disappointed with my recent experience. Gober and Son was supposed to empty our septic tank on Friday. I took the afternoon off work and fenced my horses out of the area. I also called early that afternoon to verify the appointment. After doing all this, I received a call from some man, saying they were having problems and wouldn't be able to come to our house. This was at 3:45 and they were supposed to be here between 12 and 4. Earlier that afternoon, they verified our appointment for around 2pm.

We have been customers for many years and I explained to this gentleman that I had taken the afternoon off (costing me income) and had fenced out the horses. I could not leave the pasture this way all weekend. He didn't care and said their driver was stuck out in Cheney, which is an hour from our home. Apparently Gober, son and son only have one truck.

Luckily, after calling four or five places at 4pm on a Friday afternoon, one nice man agreed to come out and empty our septic. We will obviously be taking our business to him, [redacted], from now on. I would recommend him over Gober and Son, to anyone looking for a reliable septic company.
