We purchased our home in May, and have been plagued by structural and major drainage issues ever since. These builders do not hold themselves accountable for their work or actions. I wish we would have researched their background!

Review: [redacted] built our house, in Aug 2013 we closed. We were promised by both [redacted] that after closing they would do a work thru in 6 months and correct any problems after our house has settled. We started calling both parties within 2 months of the closing because paint was chipping off, two areas of the floor was dipping in, a window was sweating, chalking all around the exterior of the house was not done, moulding all thru out the house was not sand down, 2 doors within house missing pins. We have tried trusting [redacted]. Each time we're told they will be out, we wait and no one shows up. We have sent emails, text, phone calls, mail and went by the office numerous of times to no satisfaction. All we get are promises. Now, no ones answering phone. No return calls.Desired Settlement: We want the work completed. We closed on the house. The bank payed [redacted] did not honor their part of the contract. We have tried working with them. If [redacted] can't finish the job, then they should pay someone who can after all [redacted] got paid.
