Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: They never made an attempt to repair. They never returned my calls or answered my emails to the President of the company. I have witnesses to the fact that they never showed when I called them to repair the sprinkler head numerous times. They are just telling you that they tried. I told them were the Sprinkler Head was located, their were tire tracks from their truck leading to the sprinkler head in question. As a result I lost the seeded lawn because of their inaction, false promises, and non truths.Sincerely,[redacted]
