I am rejecting this response because:I do not think the facts are represented wellI posted a complaint on the Revdex.com website due to my inability to get a response from Spanish Now's president/owner regarding my request for a refundI visited the Spanish Now office in *** on Saturday, July 19, after I had posted a complaint of the Revdex.com websiteStephanie, an assistant to Enrique S*** informed me that she could not handle my refundIt was up to Enrique S*She could not give me a time when he would be present in the *** office on the next business day, Monday July I told her she should tell MrS*** to look at the Revdex.com websiteMy complaint was visible on the Revdex.com websiteOnly after I posted my complaint on the Revdex.com website did he refund my moneyI did not accept the extra cash for the inconvenience that I experiencedThe reason is it was offered just after I posted a review on *** about my experienceIt seemed to me at the time that the company was trying to buy off my negative reviewI did get my refundYet, I think MrS***'s response to the Revdex.com leaves out important facts
