We recently used this shuttle service from Pan American Cruise Port Pier to our PR vacation rental destination in Luquillo, which we had previously booked ahead online. We had absolutely great service! We totally recommend it! We were met at the pier by 'GO'S' representative and she was extremely helpful. Also, our driver, called us ahead to ensure our pick up time was as originally planned. He was careful and personable and drove us safely to our destination,. As well, when we reached our destination, he made sure we were delivered safe and sound and did not have any problem with entering the secured area. Excellent!!
