Review: GO-Pro did my taxes- My state refund has still not come. Was submitted back around Feb 21, 20123. Go-Pro last told me "in the bank in 10 days". She is just reading the same thing I can read on-line. I have both a billing and customer service issues with GO-Pro. I paid her 281.00 to do my taxes and would like a refund. I would also like to know where my NC check is. 1. After Go-PRo doing my taxes the IRS told me the school credit was wrong. That changed my amount of refund for both FED and State. She said the government didnt update her of the changes in school tax credit. I have also recieved notice from IRS that the need more info from me about the changes go-pro made or didnt make. I am sure I need to go see another tax accountant to look over the work she did or didnt do on my 2012 messed up returns. 2. She did not update my banking info when she filed. Checks got sent to wrong bank. Then Fed was mailed. I am still missing my NC refund.Desired Settlement: I paid her 281.00 to do my taxes and would like a refund.
