The original order was returned from the postal service for reasons unknownThe postal service did not place a reason on the returned packageThe customer was credited for the order and we also sent them the product for free for the troubles

The original shipment was returned as undeliverable as addressed. Order was canceled in our system and refund issued. Customer should see the refund in their account in a few days

The original order was returned due to a bad address on the order. We have researched the address and was able to locate the correct address to send the order to. We have reshipped the order and the customer should have it now.

The customers original order was returned by the postal service damaged. We have reshipped it and it should be there in a couple of days. Customer should have it by Friday this week at the latest.

The original order cannot be located by the postal service so I have shipped another one out to Amanda. It should arrive in a few days. It is coming from Ohio so it should arrive there either Saturday or Monday next week.

We originally shipped this to the customer on July 12th. It was returned as not deliverable as addressed. The customer also provided a PO Box on the order. It was reshipped to that address as well. It should arrive in the PO Box in a couple of days.
