Go-Ped Brand Scooter

Purchased parts from this company and never received them. They will not respond to emails, I have emailed them twice. When I call they just keep telling dates further out that they will be shipping them. I payed extra to have parts shipped faster and they haven't even as much as offered a refund or anything. We did make contact with the customer via email. Per the customer's request we have closed his order sent him a refund.

I have ordered parts for my Go-Ped GSR Cruiser, and have been waiting over a week for them to ship with no contact from Go-Ped. I have tried calling multiple times, however I am directed to a voicemail system every time. I would like to receive my parts as soon as possible, but I have no indication from Go-Ped as to when my parts will be shipped out.
