Review: During the weekend prior to Monday 3/7/16 I submitted the form on this companies website to sell my iTunes gift card. On their website they state that they will respond to 'sell gift card' submissions within 24 hours, so I respectfully expected a reply by the end of the day on Monday (3/7/16). I received nothing, emailed them and they (illegally) placed me on their email list. I also informed them via email not long after 3/7/16 that as per their failure to respond to my 'sell gift card' submission that I expect to receive said response at a minimum 67% sell rate or I'd report them to the Revdex.com and would then expect a minimum sell rate of their maximum 85%. Five days later (today 3/16/16) I received an unprofessional, far from business~like reply from "Gregory M[redacted]" claiming I'd threatened them, which I most certainly did not, including the statement "...when you actually grow up and make a real submission we will be glad to assist you." (If I wasn't 'grown up' then I never would've made a "real submission." However, I am and I did.)Desired Settlement: I expect them to process my $15 iTunes 'sell gift card' submission at their maximum 85% rate and the $12.75 can be sent to my [redacted] (same email address I used for this report).
