We have spoken with the customer and both parties understand that the billing confusion simply came from items crossing in the mailBoth parties agree that the customer's account reflects the correct balanceIt just simply happened that a
statement was mailed the day prior to our latest conversation; following that conversation, the account reflected an accurate $balanceSo, when the customer received the statement that was mailed PRIOR to our latest conversation a couple days later, our team could not "find" the balance he was calling about because it had already been resolvedEverything has been clarified and the customer has told us that he now understands where the confusion came from and wants to continue to do business together
We spoke with customer several occasions about the complaintCustomer agreed to getting a refund and we offered and completed a FREE service- Customers knows this was no bait and switchAs of last conversation with customer on Monday 9/11/17- spoke with Larry he was happy with the service and the
refund and that he would take complaint down from Revdex.com website
