Business did not advertise that product was being shipped from China. The product was ordered on April 29th, of 2020 and has not moved as of 5-12-2020. I've called 4 times and emailed numerous times asking for a refund. I have received no refund or any assistance regarding my refund.
I placed an order with GoBliss on Sunday, April, 12, 2020 at 3:07pm. I received an email stating my order was shipped out and delivered on April 21, 2020. So, I check the tracking number that was assigned to me and the order for that tracking number went to a address in MINNEAPOLIS, MN. So, I contacted GoBliss to find out what was going on with my order. So, I called and left several messages with the Owner (***) no response and sent *** several email messages also. Bernard or someone who works at GoBliss resent a new tracking number to my email and once again I go and check the tracking number. Only to find out that GoBliss shipped and delivered my order via UPS to an address in Hyattsville, MD on April 24, 2020. I called UPS to explain to them my situation. I was told by UPS that I would need to contact GoBliss to find out what happened to my order and why it was sent to the wrong address. Clearly my mailing address was on the order form. So, fast forward I am currently in communication with a lady named *** who works with *** at GoBliss. I've been in constant communication with Lydia but still haven't received any type of resolution regarding my order.
I was supposed to receive a shipping tracking information after paying for the product and have not received that so I want my tracking number to the shipping information proving that my item was sent or I would like it immediate refund because they have a policy that after 30 days you can’t make a refund well if the item doesn’t get here within 30 days then how can you get a refund so I think they have some type of scheme going on I have called the phone number listed and there is also an email for a girl that I think is running it
I have contacted this company regarding the sneakers I ordered almost 2 months. They have told me multiple times that they are in transit and they cannot refund me for my purchase. I just asked for my refund again and they have stopped responding to me. It says they are still in China and I can’t understand the writing due to it being in a different language.
I ordered and paid for pair of shoes mid nov and they never came. The tracking did not work and looked fake. I sent an email to *** (his name is on order receipt page) on Dec 14th and asked where my order was and he responded saying it is coming. I sent another email to *** on Jan 6 and he responded that the shipment must be lost in the mail and a new pair of shoes are on the way. I still have not received a new pair of shoes and I have asked for a refund via email twice and now no response.
I did receive the shoes but it’s two months after my original order and I already purchased new ones. I told company I want a full refund and it is funny the shoes arrived two days after I submitted a complaint to Revdex.com.
We have issued out a full refund for the shoes of $49.99 for order *** to ***.
