I have been working with the company these past three weeks and they have fixed the problem to my satisfaction. I wanted to be sure that the fix stayed fixed and enough time has past that I feel it has. Thank you.

Review: I purchased a Go Bike at the Del Mar Fair in June. On the second time I rode it the chain fell off of the sprocket. It took them one week to fix it. Then on the 14th time I rode the bike the chain fell completely off in the street. I have contacted the persons Jeff and Henry. Neither have called me back to schedule a time to fix the bike. [redacted] even said he knew what the problem was, he was the person who fixed the bike in July. It has been 5 weeks since the chain has fallen off and they are not returning my calls.Desired Settlement: I would like a new bike. I feel that I have received a lemon and do not trust the repairs that were made the first time. If I can not get a new bike then I want a refund

Website- GOBIKESUSA.COMPurchased one of theE (electric) Bike on 08/02/2014 at the Orange County Fair where they had an areastation to sell the bikes- their receipt #[redacted]. My receipt has [redacted] with Merchant ID #[redacted].My complaint is that the bike I purchased needs parts and repair service now because it is unsafe to use.On the sales slip this bike has a SIX month warranty and it seems they don't want to honor it. I havetried calling their parts and service department listed on the web site but always get a busy signal.I have made many phone calls to [redacted] & [redacted] and left messages, I also sent many e-mails about theparts & repairs needed. I guess they choose to disregard them. All I want is this bike to be fixed right, safe to ride and if it can't be fixed, I would like a new bike.Maybe reporting them to the Revdex.com will get their attention. Thank you for any help on this situation.[redacted]Desired Settlement: All I want is this bike to be fixed right, safe to ride and if it can't be fixed, I would like a new bike.
