Hey all,We have already stated in our website that the delivery will take days, please allow the customer to wait till days, we were all transparent in selling our items and have clearly stated in the product pages about the delivery timeAlso due to peak season there was a delay in shipment, we are continuously striving for faster shipping, if it doesn't reach to the customer within days, we will refund the customer, or we can refund the customer now as well, but the customer is advised to refuse the parcel, when he receives it.Looking forward for your reply, whether the customer wants refund or if he will wait for few days

After Jackie complained we did our internal investigationWe are really sorry that she got the wrong and the damage item.We already gave her full refund
Hey .. We have already refunded the buyer and have emailed several times the buyer about the issue .. You can check the screenshot as well, that the buyer has been refunded ..And for the lamps which the buyer is saying, we have several happy customers who do regular shopping with us
regarding the lamps and other necklace .. I don't understand, the buyer is complaining everywhere, but we refunded her already and have already emailed her the proof of our items
