I purchased my vehicle on May 19th 2018. I did not get my title until June 10th 2018. The sales rep eventually came and dropped it off at my house. There was a note on the envelope that said they left me a message on 5/9 but no such message came to my 1 and only phone number with a voicemail set up. So even if they actually got the title on 5/9 that was over the 30 days for temp tags. The sales rep, after the fact, told me they are starting to have a problem with producing titles. Almost every time I called I wouldn't be able to reach anyone but voicemails and no one returned my calls or texts when I was the most frustrated. They couldn't give me a straight reason as to why they sold me a car without having the title in their possession. I was promised in my contract touch ups around the entire vehicle and touch-ups on the wheels with a 1 day loaner. I called 3 times and got the run around each time to set up my service. Each time I was told I need to call a different number they couldn't actually help me. Once I called that number I was told to call a different number. At one point they told me I would have to call 2 different numbers for each different service (paint and wheels). The 1st time I got an appointment scheduled they told me to drop it off at 7 am at the lot and we would go down to the auto bod shop from there. I got there at 7 am only to be greeted with a closed lot that I couldn't even get onto since they actually opened at 9 am. The lack of communication/miscommunication is unreal. Today, I finally got an appointment to get everything touched up through the company GMT told me I needed to take it to (***). When I talked with *** they said it would be a 15 min. appointment which raised some red flags. There were 2 marks on the vehicle and 1 mark on the wheel I wanted fixed. They "fixed" one of the scratches and then said that I would need to contact GMT to get the rest fixed. I say "fixed" because the one touch up they did my 1 year old daughter could have done better. I have since reached out to my sales reps at GMT with no response. I'm hoping I will hear back, but at this point I'm not reaching out to them and wasting my time and frustration and more, like I have prior.

the "we owe" that we provided to you and that you signed expressly states that you have 30 days from the date of sale to have the task completed. you waited more than a month to request the repair, and now it is busy season for our body shop and we cannot accommodate a timely appointment as quickly as you wish. you state that you have no interest in us continuing the work, so we are assuming that we are closing the complaint.

I am rejecting this response because:I was not told verbally that I only had 30 days. I even asked my sales rep if there was a timeline and he never actually said there was and just kept saying we would get it taken care of. Conveniently the only page I didn’t get the copy of was that. So it may have said it but I have no proof. I tried to schedule it and got the run around or no returned calls several times. So yes I did just get it taken care of but that’s because they have horrible customer service. I was told because my sales rep quit that I “got screwed”. I have text messages as proof.

I purchased a 2006 Chevrolet Cobalt November 6, 2017 that came with a 30 day warranty. Two hours later while on the highway it stopped on me 2 times. I got it to a shop and found out it was the throttle body and paid $415 for the repair.

It also did not have a safety inspection and I paid for one. I contacted you about the repair and inspection and asked to be reimbursed but was told the repair is not covered under the warranty.

We will gladly reimburse the customer for the inspection. He was offered an extended warranty but declined to purchase it. The powertrain is covered but not the fuel system, he purchased a 12 year old vehicle with over 100,000 miles
