I ordered pet grooming supplies through PayPal 4/2/19 and the money was taken out of my account 4/3/19. I waited for my items to arrive and when they did not, I sent a nice email that is provided on their website to ask when my products will arrive. No reply. I physically called 2 days later and spoke to a man (I guess it was ***, the recipient of my $) who stated he would check on my order and "get back to me." This did not happen. I finally sent another email through their website-provided form telling them that "I am done" and expect an immediate refund of my $22.90 or I would report them to the Revdex.com. Apparently even this threat did not phase him as I have not received the courtesy of a reply. It is now April 15. This company and Mr. are not conducting business the way they should. Pet supplies can be very costly for a groomer (which I am not) and I would not like someone to lose a large sum of $ dealing with this company. Thank you.

The Customer is right, she asked me for other product not on the order (rake) I misunderstood that she wanted it planned to send all together; sincerely I apologize for the inconvenience, we would refund her money today

I received an email from the company stating that my order *** has been cancelled by the store Administrator. I have not yet received my $22.90 back into my account. When this occurs, I will consider the matter closed. Thank you for your help.
