Sorry for the delay I have contacted the office today to discuss this matter Why didn't I respond earlier? Because I'm baffled We did nothing wrong but assist a consumer on purchasing a vehicle, but we apparently ended up selling it to another customer who had been approved on this specific unit This is the Free Enterprise system, we are allowed to sell a vehicle when a consumer is in front of us I don't have any proof, nor does this consumer that a deposit was not asked since it was not on a recorded line Possibly the consumer did not hear him, but what I gathered from [redacted] is after he let him know the approval, [redacted] did in fact ask him for a deposit to hold it As a matter of fact vehicles sold this week have been on deposits [redacted] has worked on In addition we have been in business since I'm one of the few dealers that will admit wrong doing when it happens I do not feel this is on our end We have a "0" Complaint Record with the Revdex.com, We are a star dealer on different platforms and voted Dealer of the Year by the *** Our reviews on multiple platforms are above average INCLUDING THE Revdex.com.In the end we are here to be good stewards of the system I can work with all the agencies to see if the inquiry can be removed I have to admit though, its not going to be easyPlease advise.Thanks
