I contacted GMO recently regarding moss removal for the roof of my mother's house *** was very prompt at coming to the house and providing an estimate Due to the deteriorated condition (and old age) of the shingles, he recommended not removing the moss, as it was acting like a sponge to prevent roof leaks *** suggested that he give us an estimate on replacing the roof His head roofer joined him later in the afternoon, and a written estimate was ready for our review within days The information was very detailed and complete We decided not to go ahead with the roof replacement as my mother is and we don't know how much longer she will remain in her house However, we were very satisfied with the service received from GMO and would definitely contact *** in the future if we decide to replace the roof
