Review: Took my 2009 Buick Enclave in for a new battery.The car was in perfect running order except for the battery. Drove the car to BuickGMC Mahwah as the Buick manual states that the car should be taken to the dealer for a new battery. The car including the air conditioning worked perfectly upon arrival. When the car was returned with the new battery the air conditioning on the passenger side was blowing hot air. I was informed that it would cost me over $300.00 to fix it. I explained that the air worked fine upon arrival. They charged me $276.45 to fix the air and said it was not their fault but had been improperly jump started. The [redacted] who jump starts thousands of cars a year jump started me and the dealer said it was not their fault that the air broke when the battery was installed. I was charged for their mistake.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund as the car was in perfect condition except for the battery when taken to the dealer.
