Review: this bank takes a simple transaction phone call and turns it into a major event...First they never post payments to the accts properly causing mass confusion which I must invest hrs into clearing up ..... calling them is a chore the computer asks for information then I am transferred to a live person that does nothave thse command of the english language.this occurs each time I call to resolve an issue. recently I called to ask them not to share my personal information with others but because I was interrogated this never occurred ....Trust me I do understand and appreciate security but , I dispise the unnecessary wasting of time attempting to verify my identity and the overkill process , they say its for my protection yet they seem to wanna be able to share my information with others . I never gave anyone any permission to share my data yet in order to stop the same company that tells me they are serious about my security from sharing data I didnt authorize them to share , but im interrogated as if I were doing something wrong . Never can I just call and transact business in a timely fashion.this iDesired Settlement: why is it extremely hard to both transact and communicate my business without all the hoop jumping and annoyance
