From [redacted] Date: Sun, Apr 23, at 3:PM To: Revdex.com Dear Sir/Madam, We are writing in response to the complaint from Mr [redacted] regarding his car issues We sold the car to Mr [redacted] ASIS in which he signed on the ASIS documents and we didn’t give him any guarantees verbally or in papers Mr [redacted] drove the car for a day and called us and said the car stopped working, so as a good gesture, we told him to bring it back to the car lot and let’s look at the issue and decide how we can help himWe towed the car to our car lot and find out that he burnt the engine (The car was driving good and that is per his comments after test driving the carWe ordered a new another used engine and replaced the old one, a month and half down the road, he called us again and said that the engine stopped again We were surprised and we could have said we are done with helping you, but again with good gesture we tried to help him again, were we took the time and effort again to replace a third engine for him We towed the car and send it to Mitsubishi dealer to diagnose the problem because we didn’t believe it would be the engine again, but for our surprise it was the engine, we didn’t want to fix the car at the dealer as this would have cost Mr [redacted] a lot of money, so we contacted a mechanic Gary A [redacted] and he said to us that he can fix it no problem We ordered the third engine and sent it to MrGary A [redacted] to replace the engineHowever, MrA [redacted] asked for $800+ after a week from the car being in his shop, but before he fix the car and bring it back as we agreed, he came with $2,+ invoice for the same car per his claim there was a lot of parts that he replaced, so we were shocked for the amount, there for as a business we asked him to bring the car and the receipt so we can pay for it, but he didn’t provide us with receipt or brought the car or even fixed the car because he was saying it needs more parts We refused to pay MrA [redacted] without the receipt and the car fixed and delivered as we agreedHowever, MrA [redacted] dogged in the car papers and found Mr***’s personal information and contacted him, to tell him that we lied to him and he needs to pay for the car EtcMr [redacted] called us and was pissed and start threating us to report the car stolen and he is just starting with us and he will show us what he will do soon, in which he left us very bad reviews on Google and asked all his friends to leave us bad reviews as well even though we never really dealt with his friends or did business with themDear Sir, before MrA [redacted] contacted Mr***, we ask Mr [redacted] to come to the car lot so we can help him more, and there was a plan to give him another car to either call it even and we can deal with MrA [redacted] and or give him a loaner till we figure things out with MrA [redacted] , but he never showed up and choose to attach our business integrity and slander our name Mr [redacted] and MrA [redacted] agreed on releasing the car to [redacted] and MrA [redacted] get paid and they also agreed to hurt our business through Bad reviews and other means I hope this will explain the situation with Mr*** Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you need any further information Respectfully, GMA Of Everett, Evergreen Way, Everett, WA 98204425-512-0578GMA Of Everett Evergreen WayEverett, WA 98204Phone: 425-512-0578Fax: 425-903-

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Dear Revdex.com, GMA of Everett is taking the credit for everything and left out a lot of information you guys would love to hearGMA did buy the engines but it was priced to my dealSo there for the price for the car kept rising to an amount in which stopped me from going to college in 2016-I did in fact say "The car ran perfectly" only because they sweetened up all the bad things I said about the car after test driving itI did in fact hear knocking sounds, the clutch was very difficult to shift because the clutch is pretty much deadThey told me that "I shouldn't worry about it and that's just how the car is"That's why I said it was in "perfect condition" because I took their wordminutes later the knocking sound got worst and the engine blew! Found out their was absolutely no engine oil in the car so that's why the engine sound got worst then blewThe online slandering started off with Gary from GMA, he wrote a bad response to A [redacted] 's Racing Enterprises and the fact that they GMA bought all the parts for the clutch, hydraulics plus gave Mr.A [redacted] a $deposit check that we can prove in deposit with bowing credit unionAs I said their is a lot of info that GMA left out that you guys would love to hear over the phone or in person, I have videos of them lying to me and more! I did make a post online with a video of Gary from GMA lying to meThe thing about them giving me a loaner car or giving me a car is false, they say that just to get me over thereThey were going to pay for the fixes and over price me for it on my deal which would make the price of the car past $14,The plus invoices is completely false, that states that the car needed parts just for it to get running and they did state that in a google response on their pair of my bad reviewIn other words I would love to follow up with this complaint and get further into it Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com, GMA of Everett is taking the credit for everything and left out a lot of information you guys would love to hear. GMA did buy the engines but it was priced to my deal. So there for the price for the car kept rising to an amount in which stopped me from going to college in 2016-2017. I did make a post online with a video of Gary from GMA lying to me. The thing about them giving me a loaner car or giving me a car is false, they say that just to get me over there. They were going to pay for the fixes and over price me for it on my deal which would make the price of the car past $14,000. I am rejecting this response because:From: [redacted] Sent: Friday, May 12, 2017 4:49 PM Subject: Revdex.com Consumer Response To GMA of Everett ComplaintDear Revdex.com, I am writing a response to GMA of Everett on behalf of what they had said in their response and explain the very important details they left out. Complaint ID#[redacted]. I had accidentally closed this case as "Resolved" earlier this week by accident but here is my response.When I first came to GMA of Everett on May 26-17th 2016, I asked Mr.M[redacted] from GMA if they had a 2006 Eclipse GT and he said that it's still being test driven by somebody. A guy came back from test driving the car and said he heard a knocking sound coming from the engine but Mr.M[redacted] told me not to worry because "the guy is just tying to lower the car price". I had one of their mechanic test drive the car with me and I did in fact hear the knocking sound but I don't think the mechanic heard it because he was purposely speeding over 100Mph to avoid the sound. I test drove the car myself afterwards and heard the knocking sound. I came back from test driving the car and told Mr.M[redacted] that their is defiantly a little knocking sound. Mr.M[redacted] then told me "Don't worry, that's just how the car is brother", I took his word then said "ok well the car ran perfect then". While we were signing contracts and doing paper work, Mr.M[redacted] rushed me and didn't allow me to read any of the contracts because they were near closing time and said that I didn't have to worry about it because I can trust them. I felt scared because I didn't know what I was signing. I got the Eclipse GT and left, after I pumped gas in the car, it wouldn't turn on until after 30-50 seconds. I drove back home and noticed that the knocking sound got worst so I pulled over just to re-check the engine oils and found out the engine oil was gone, then engine was completely dry of engine oil. I had no money for a tow. I slept in the car over night so I could call GMA the next morning for help. They took the Eclipse GT and gave me my old car I traded them in for as a loaner car until the GT was fixed. 2 months later I got the GT back and GMA forced me to sign more paperwork, I didn't have a choice. After I had went into their office I was surrounded. I saw the owners around me, one of their workers were holding a gun and I was terrified. I said nothing but to do as I was told to do. Again they didn't want me to read the contracts and was rushing me, I didn't say anything because the guy holding the gun kept mugging me outside the window. I was sure it was a gun because the wind blew his coat and their it was just sitting on his waist. Me and Mr.M[redacted] agreed to pay half and half for the first engine after it blew a while ago  in May, then had another discussion in August  to add the payment onto my car bill. After the paperwork, it wasn't too long after that I heard extremely strange sounds from the 2006 Eclipse GT while driving it. the car STILL wouldn't turnover after putting in gas and the engine felt A LOT weaker and less powerful then the first engine. It didn't take long for the second engine to blow which almost cost me my life. I was driving on the freeway until I went onto a hard circle road, the car died on me during the turn which shut off power steering and the braking system. I pulled the E-Brake gently and turned the wheel with all my strength to get to a safe stop. I was scared to call GMA because it all happened so quick so I waited a bit thinking of what to do. I got the car checked by Midas in federal Way and found out the Fuel pump was horrible. During my last meet with GMA, Mr.M[redacted] told me they had replaced the fuel pump while they were fixing the Eclipse. I thought it was strange that the fuel pump was bad because I was informed that a new one was replaced. I ended up calling GMA asking for help and they agreed. after they received the Eclipse GT, Mr.M[redacted] told me "the mechanic took out the fuel pump but he accidentally put back on the old fuel pump rather then putting in the new one". They took the car, charged me for the 2nd engine which cost me $1000. They bought the engine and put the price onto my car bill as usual. A month later Mr.M[redacted] tell me that the engine blew up in their shop, so they charged me for another engine that I didn't break and sent the car over to Mitsubishi dealership. From August-May 2017 currently, they have been giving me ongoing lies to keep me satisfied. Mr.M[redacted] told me that the Mitsubishi dealership offered to give warranty on the entire car for $300 and requested that I pay half so that they can pay the other half. Mr.Gary then keeps updating me that the entire car is being remodeled and repaired at this Mitsubishi dealership. All this time they have been verbally telling me that they will take care of the car bill and that I don't need to worry about it multiple times. I asked them at least 40 times when the car will be done because Mr.Gary kept giving me a specific Date that I'll get the car back but it was always false, he kept that up for 8 months and I got tired of it. He kept saying that "The mechanic at Mitsubishi Dealership is a very good mechanic".At one point I ended up getting a message and call from Anderson's Racing Enterprises around March 2017 and they had shocking news to tell me. They told me that they had my car this whole time and it wasn't at a Mitsubishi dealership. So that meant that Mr.Gary from GMA had been lying to me for 7 months telling me that the car was being remodeled by Mitsubishi when it was really at Anderson's Racing Enterprises. This warranty Mr.M[redacted] told me about was false because the car was never being rebuilt at the Mitsubishi Dealership. GMA did in fact get the car diagnosed from Mitsubishi Dealership but then kept telling me that the car was still there getting fixed for 7-8 months. I never found out why Mr.Gary and Mr.M[redacted] had lied to me none stop for 7 months. The whole thing about GMA giving me a loaner car was a lie in which GMA had claimed in their response from my Revdex.com Complaint. Mr.Gary from Anderson's Racing Enterprises went to GMA and they had a huge argument. 2 hours later GMA calls me requesting me to come to their lot because they want to talk to me, I asked if my car was at their lot and they said yes. I already knew my car was at Anderson's Racing Enterprises so there goes another lie from GMA. What Mr.M[redacted] and Mr.Gary from GMA usually do is that they would find some excuse or a way to get me to go to their lot, add more money into my car bill and make me sign more paperwork. 2 days later I after hearing more about my GT being at Anderson's and finding out that I was being lied to this whole time by GMA didn't surprise me at all. I already had the feeling that GMA was lying to me because they've been EXTREMELY SKETCHY for the past 8 months. I contacted Gary from GMA and asked if my car at the Mitsubishi dealership is done and he replied with "yes the car at the Mitsubishi dealership is in fact done and with us right now, it is running and waiting for you". After hearing that lie I confronted him and told him that I knew my car wasn't done and that it was at Anderson's Racing Enterprises l. He went silent and absolutely didn't know what to say because he wasn't expecting me to find out the truth. I asked why he lied and he didn't respond with details, he just kept saying "ok" none stop because he was nervous, I ended the call there because I wasn't going to get the truth from him.  Weeks after the last phone call I had with GMA, they slandered Anderson's Racing Enterprises first with some google reviews. I didn't work with Mr.Gary from Anderson's Racing Enterprises at first to slander GMA, I did it myself. I posted a google review under GMA of Everett of my story and how I was lied to, being used and how theirs a guy at the lot holding a gun around. I posted on social media how I wasn't able to go to college in 2016-2017 because I had medical stress due to the fact that I owe tons of money for my car which raised up beyond my limits. I was forced to skip a whole year of college and work. I found out that GMA beat up Mr.Gary from Anderson's Racing Enterprise verbally by begging him and made him work for an extremely low wage pay. Gary from Anderson's agreed to work at the lowest pay possible because he felt bad for GMA. He hadn't worked this cheap since 20 years ago and don't deserve to work for cheap with his professional experience as a mechanic but he accepted anyways and gave out a helping hand. The Eclipse GT was almost done, it just needed injectors which GMA had but refused to give Mr.Gary from Anderson's until 2 months later.I found on social media how their were similar customers like me who went through the same thing with GMA but never came this far into a horrible deal. According to multiple reviews that I saw on google which was posted by people long before I was involved, I saw a posts that were very similar to what happened to me. Someone said that GMA "sold broken cars and passed it off as Excellent", another person said that they "test drove a car, got it checked and found out the head gasket was blown", and others just adds on to this matter. GMA accused me of being a horrible driver and claimed that I "don't know how to drive stick and that I should stick to automatic" in a response to my google review. They claimed that I broke all 3 engines with my horrible driving. The car in total blew through 3 engines and onto its 4th, I have proof that the car blew itself up because their were so many broken parts in the GT. All these broken parts messed the whole car up and caused the engine to break yet GMA b[redacted]ed me for the destruction of all the engines without thinking through what they were saying. As of today, Gary from Anderson's Racing Enterprises has still never been paid for his completed work and I still never got to find out the truth from GMA as to why they had lied to me for 8 months strait and longer. In other words please if their is any questions, comments or concerns, give me a call. Sincerely [redacted].[redacted]
