The business response claims that "...however a product card is included that directs consumers to our support page..". This is untrue. Absolutely no documents were received with the product The business response also claims that their support page "...contains instructions and videos on installation." While there are videos and instructions on their webpage, none applies to the product ordered (for a 2004 GMC Silverado). There is also no wiring diagram which depicts the red wire in the cable supplied, or how it is connected. It is clear this business is simply unwilling or unable to provide even the most basic customer service by answering a customer's question; and is in fact dishonest to state that no support e-mails were received, despite three e-mails being sent (2 to support@ and 1 to sales@). Previous Revdex.com complaints clearly demonstrate their beligerance. Again, a customer service class would go a long way with this organization.
