On June ***, I place an order with Belle Nubian for 3 items, namely Anti acne cream, Organic lightening oil, and the Organic exfoliation cream. On *** June, I got a tracking number an order was on the way and the delays are due to covid, which is fine. On June ***, after I opened the package box and inspected the items received, I noticed one of the items was about 3/4 full, and I contacted Belle Nubian online, through Instagram, where they have a presence and voiced my concerns. Someone got back to me in about 5 minutes and we were in conversation, they asked me for pictures of products, which I did. I took pictures of all the 3 items ordered and the way they looked in the containers and supplied that to the person I was communicating with. Now the person on the other end, finally told me the product is less in the container to help in preservation of the product. Now I further advised them of the isolated situation as this is a cream I have ordered numerous times, but that all fell on deaf ears, and she went quiet. I also mentioned that I am a loyal customer and the issue needs some attention but all that was ignored.To date, I have not received any follow up or response from customer service.
