Here is the fine print of the Groupon voucher purchased by the consumer.  She text at 5:24, which was 26 min before her appointment time, that there was traffic. I told her that she had a 10 min grace period which would give her 30+ minutes to arrive which should be plenty. But traffic affects...

everyone so she should have planned accordingly. The next day she said she wanted a new appointment and I informed her that we do not reschedule no shows. She said she text an hour in advance. I sent her a screen shot showing that it was only 26 minutes and asked her if she would send me a screenshot showing that it was indeed an hour. Our policy is 2 hours notice but if she could show that it was at least 1 hour then I would make an exception. She declined. Also, if she had text an hour prior then showing up on time to her appointment would never have been an issue. Clearly she is lying. But regardless, the Groupon states it will be redeemed for no shows or cancellations without at least 2 hours notice. I would hope this will not remain open or even visible since the consumer had no basis for her claim to begin with. Thank you, [redacted]
