LOT TO BE DESIRED! IF THEY HAD RETURNED ANY PHONE OR EMAIL MESSAGES, THIS ACTION WOULD HAVE NEVER TAKEN PLACE AND WASTED A PRE-PAYING CUSTOMER'S TIMETHIS IS A VERY POOR BUSINESS THAT PEOPLE NEED TO BE WARY OF.
