My husband and I visited this lot with full intentions on purchasing a truckWhen we got to the lot the owner did not greet us, so we went ahead and asked him if we could look at the truckHe gave us the keys and went back insideHe never once came outside to see how we liked the truck or ask if we wanted to test drive We went back in and asked him if we could drive it, he said yes but we realized that the two back tires on the truck were flatHe then told us that his tool to air the tires was broken so he would have to take it somewhere and that we could drive another time It was a very awkward interaction, he barely spoke to us, didn't greet, wasn't friendly, and to us acted like he could care less whether he sold a car that day (or maybe just to us)Not to mention the truck we looked at was very dirty on the inside and had condoms and paper in the passenger seat "holder" on the back Needless to say my husband and I didn't return to test drive the truck and bought a nice truck elsewhere Customer service is everything, and this place lacks itThumbs down
This is in response to the above complaint We apologize for Mr *** inconvenience occasionally dealers experience a delay in the titling process due to the title being "full" once we obtain the title from the auction When all the
assignments have been used on the back of the title or is "full" the title has to be processed back through the State of Indiana BMV This process creates a delay Again we apologize for any inconvenience this caused for our customer...the title was processed before his paper plate expired thus not disrupting Mr *** ability to driveSincerely Glover Auto Sales
This letter is in response to [redacted]'s complaint filed with the Revdex.com on 6/22/2015. [redacted] purchased a 2005 infinity FX45 from us on 2/27/2015....
She had previously "test driven" the vehicle twice before she made the decision to purchase it. At the time of sale she was offered an extended warranty through GWC which was a 12 month /14,500 mile Powertrain Plus coverage. She made the decision to purchase this warranty and include in her loan with Nationwide Cassel. We noticed after the purchase that there was a "miss" in the motor. She was advised that the issue would be resolved so the vehicle was taken to Dreyer & Reinbold. We then advised [redacted] that it would be best then to take the vehicle to Safehaven Automotive and let them perform necessary test and repair. Safehaven Automotive was able to do the necessary test and advised GWC...who then gave Safehaven authorization for the repair.Safehaven put in another engine and her extended warranty company GWC paid on the claim $3966.09. There was still a deductible and other miscellaneous expenses not covered by the warranty in which Glover Auto paid for. There was no expenses charged to [redacted]. We were sorry to see [redacted] have problems with her vehicle but if she had not purchased the extended warranty the expense would have been out of her pocket.
Sincerely,

It was a very awkward interaction, he barely spoke to us, didn't greet, wasn't friendly, and to us acted like he could care less whether he sold a car that day (or maybe just to us). Not to mention the truck we looked at was very dirty on the inside and had condoms and paper in the passenger seat "holder" on the back.
Needless to say my husband and I didn't return to test drive the truck and bought a nice truck elsewhere.
Customer service is everything, and this place lacks it. Thumbs down.
