This started out great for about a week and then went quickly downhill They only cared about getting money and didn't want to work for it They ripped out our kitchen before we even ordered another one just so they could get a draw Its 12/22/they started 6/25/and we have had no kitchen or even windows for six months They literally vanished for weeks at a time They blamed us for delaying the kitchen job order Well it was delivered on October 12th, still not in??? And they knew it wasn't ordered when they ripped out the old one Kitchen aside, They have no excuse why they couldn't complete any part of the project to completion- none of it not one facet would I sign off on I had to help dig them out of hole they got themselves in , probably from not paying subcontractors , so I found myself hiring others to finish electric, siding, concrete, landscaping, drywall, plumbing, kitchen, trim out They operated like the nightmare contractors you see on 20/ I tried to help them out by reverting to a pay for work scenario but that just made them lazier My house is destroyed on the interior and exterior and I finally had to part ways with them when I found out they lied about ordering windows, they made us wait weeks while I think they were trying to scrape up money or scam deposits from other homeowners to place an order and give a deposit to the window people, that they didn't have themselves I checked with the regional manager of the company they said they ordered the windows from only to find out they lied over and over again when I asked for a paid receipt as proof of the order I received some photocopy pages of a catalog The working partner Rick kept saying "I don't know nothing" while the owner Joe is trying to stay afloat by running from job to job Stay away- from them unless you have the time to be home everyday and watch them or at the very least make sure they are very specific in their proposals and timelinesIf you forget something they have a quick answer and it has to do with more money PS I had Johnny on the spot on my front lawn for six months....real attractive huh
This started out great for about a week and then went quickly downhill. They only cared about getting money and didn't want to work for it. They ripped out our kitchen before we even ordered another one just so they could get a draw. Its 12/22/17 they started 6/25/17 and we have had no kitchen or even windows for six months. They literally vanished for weeks at a time. They blamed us for delaying the kitchen job order. Well it was delivered on October 12th, still not in??? And they knew it wasn't ordered when they ripped out the old one. Kitchen aside, They have no excuse why they couldn't complete any part of the project to completion- none of it. not one facet would I sign off on. I had to help dig them out of hole they got themselves in , probably from not paying subcontractors , so I found myself hiring others to finish electric, siding, concrete, landscaping, drywall, plumbing, kitchen, trim out . They operated like the nightmare contractors you see on 20/20. I tried to help them out by reverting to a pay for work scenario but that just made them lazier. My house is destroyed on the interior and exterior and I finally had to part ways with them when I found out they lied about ordering windows, they made us wait 7 weeks while I think they were trying to scrape up money or scam deposits from other homeowners to place an order and give a deposit to the window people, that they didn't have themselves. I checked with the regional manager of the company they said they ordered the windows from only to find out they lied over and over again. when I asked for a paid receipt as proof of the order I received some photocopy pages of a catalog.. The working partner Rick kept saying "I don't know nothing" while the owner Joe is trying to stay afloat by running from job to job. Stay away- from them unless you have the time to be home everyday and watch them or at the very least make sure they are very specific in their proposals and timelines. If you forget something they have a quick answer and it has to do with more money. PS I had Johnny on the spot on my front lawn for six months....real attractive huh.
