Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:Glory Enterprises clearly made an agreement with the *** Men's Golf Association to provide quality cedar tee signs at the hole *** Golf Course and pay $per sign per year for the right to sell advertisingThey charged $per year to each advertiserAdvertisers were billed at the advance of each year cycle: 2008-10; 20011-13; and 2014-The reason we are terminating at the end of the season is because of our advertisers complaint that their signs- paid for years in advance- were not installed until the last months of the seasonGlory has never paid a dollar of their obligation to our organization and has consistently avoided all of our efforts to meet and work this out.Glory's revenue potential is clear: x $p/yr x years = $72,900The Men's Club share is clear: x $p/yr x years = $12, 150Not only has Glory switched the cedar signs to low quality vinyl, without consulting the course superintendent or the Men's Golf Association, many of these signs had fundamental errors (par, yardages)Our demand to have the painted cedar signs that we agreed upon returned was met with their using cheap vinyl tape covering their mistakes. We have terminated the agreement with Glory and are insisting that their cheap product be removed from the golf course at the end of this upcoming golf seasonIt is very difficult to follow Glory's excuses for their actions, because rational questions are met with irrational responsesWe have resorted to engaging a collection agency to recover what is owed and will authorize any appropriate legal action to collect
Sincerely,

Dear Sir: It has become extremely evident there are many misunderstandings regarding the MaintenanceAgreement between Glory Enterprises and [redacted] Golf Club, and also concerning the contract between GloryEnterprises and the sponsor. It is possible with the turnover of board members and employees, manymisconceptions and misinformation has surfaced. It is our desire to solve this situation as amicably as possible,to the benefit of both entities. It would therefore, behoove all concerned to schedule a meeting and discussreasonable solutions. It should be noted our Maintenance Agreement has been existence for decades and haswithstood the scrutiny of the court system. We have maintained scrupulous records of all contacts, memos, phone calls and e-mails. It would save a lot of embarrassment and financial burden to all parties to meet and goover these records and agreements. It is our desire to be open and available, but if you prefer to pursue the path you have undertaken, so beit.
