Review: I went in to get some highlights on my hair. I spent several minutes showing the hair dresser pictures of how I wanted my hair color. We decided to proceed because I agreed she knew exactly what I wanted. After several hours she finished and my highlights were "ashy white" ( I have picture to provide)During the that time I told her severa times my scalp was burning tremendously. All she said is it will get better. I told her I was not happy with the result. SO she didn't bother to blowdry my hair so she sent me on my way, with my hair wet. She told me to come back the next day so she can "fix my hair" for no additional charge. After she finished my hair she basically ran out because she doesn't work on the weekend she just came in for me. So I asked for my hair to be dried and straightened. After it being dried I knew right away she didn't fix the problem. I was really unhappy. I then told the owner "[redacted] I was pretty upset because she didn't fix my hair. She called the hairdresser and told her I wasn't happy. I walked in with my hair straight. And still had to pay to for my straightening.Desired Settlement: $155.00
