I spoke to the long term employees including the assistant manager, and no one recalls this situation When I asked her about this, she didn’t have much information to give me I watched the video for hours just to check Customer service is very important When I watched the videos over and over, I saw nothing similar to this at all She gave me generic descriptions of the employees, etc I took this situation seriously The more I looked into the situation, the less facts I saw I never actually told her I was going to give her a $gift card, but did ask for her address before I checked the videos, just in case I am willing to send her a $gift card to try to make her happy, though there was not any proof to this situation

She said she had waited about minutes to get her drink. I know he looked at the videotape, and in the time frame she was here, nobody waited more than minutes for their drinks. I will send this information to MrErbes to see what he says about the gift card
