My husband and I had purchased a 2007 Honda Odyssey on 07/11/2018 and when we were signing the papers, I informed them I didn't want an extended service agreement because I work from home and I won't be using the vehicle at all. They called us the next day and informed us they were able to get a better financing through *** Credit Union. So, my husband and I went back and they were in a hurry to have us sign the papers and I wasn't feeling well. The next day I look at the contact and noticed they had included the extended warranty $2,999 that I already told them before I didn't want. I called the dealership back and I was first the Credit Union requires the extended warranty. I was furious and I was ready to take the vehicle back then I was told they could go ahead and have the extended warranty removed and he would contact the credit union and it will take a few weeks. I pushed to have an addendum be sent but he dismissed me and said he would cancel my extended warranty. My husband called then about a week later and he was told they would have the extended warranty removed and to allow about 4 weeks. Later last month, I spoke with Caroline H at *** credit union and I was advised they never request any extended warranty on any loans for used vehicles and she stated all I have to do is contact the extended warranty service and request a cancellation. I called the extended warranty company, *** @ *** and spoke with Kaylan he told me the cancellation request has to come from the dealership themselves since they send them the refund. So, my husband and I can't get this cancellation done and the dealership told us it would be done the day after I purchased the vehicle and we can't get this resolved. this should have never been on my loan application and the dealership first lied saying it was required by the lending institution and then said he would have it resolved and removed within 2 weeks and then he told my husband 4 weeks.
I'm sorry for the frustration that our customers are feeling about signing documentation that they were unaware of and or don't remember signing. I'm the owner of the business and this is the first that I have heard of this matter with these customers. We don't practice forcing any products that we offer for sale. Our vehicles and service products are all negotiated at the time of sale. The service contract that was purchased from our customer had to be singed by them in 4 different places. A service contract packet should also have been printed and signed and also advised to be kept the glove box. We will are willing to refund the entire amount of the service agreement plus sales tax of 8.8% that was charged less a 25.00 cancellation fee. The customers can go on line and *** a United Car Care cancellation form and fill it out and mail or drop it back Globe Motors. Once we receive the document we will process the cancellation right away. The refund of $3238.00 will be refunded back to the car loan. Once we receive the cancellation form it takes under 2 weeks to complete the refund from the service contract company. I will be more than happy to take care of this matter and our customer can feel free to contact be directly at *** Thanks. Brian

I purchased a 2008 Dodge Ram on 07/13/2018. There was a issue with all the warning dash lights being on the check engine, ABS, brake, tire pressure lights would not go off. I received a Work Promised Order (Due Bill) so that the repairs would not cost me anything to fix. I made the appointment and dropped the truck off the morning 07/19/2018 that was the first available date. I picked the truck up that afternoon and drove the truck for about 2 weeks when all the lights again came on and would not go off. I was able to make a appointment to take the truck back in to the globe motors to fix this problem again on 09/25/18.. I took pictures of the millage showing all the lights on so they could see that this happened shortly after they attempted to fix it the first time on 07/19/2018. I received a call shortly after dropping the truck off at globe motors stating they found the problem but they would not pay for the part to fix this. I told them the original work promised order said they were to fix the dash warning lights from coming on and they never did. I went to pick up my truck but they would not release it until I agreed to pay at least half of the bill since I told the mechanic to order the part and fix it.. I paid for for half the bill my cost being $120. I drove away and a week later the same warning lights are back on. I should not have to pay anything when the work promised order states that globe motors will repair the dash warning lights issue and they have not fixed this issue from the beginning. I felt intimidated the second time I went to pick up the truck and was forced to pay for the part before they released my truck to me.
Hi ***, It was nice to chat with you the other day on the phone. We reviewed the *** complaint filed with Revdex.com, regarding the 2008 Dodge Ram pick-up Truck purchased in July 2018.
After the sale we asked our customer bring the truck back to the repair facility connected to Globe Motors, Velocity Automotive, to address the items on his Due Bill. The repairs were completed by Velocity Automotive with the replacement of a wire harness. This replacement resulted in all dash warning lights being extinguished. At that time the customer seemed to be satisfied with the results of the repair. In September, the customer contacted Globe and said that there were dash warning lights on which needed attention. Velocity Automotive scheduled this service and during this service discovered that the right front wheel speed sensor was shorted out. After further inspection, the mechanic noticed that appeared that the vehicle appeared to have recent damage to the wheel. These finding were discussed with the customer directly and the customer acknowledged the cause (recent off road usage) and accepted the charges for the wheel sensor repairs to be completed.
Globe Motors would be pleased to have the vehicle back for inspection to determine if there are additional issues associated with the original due bill. If there are, we would like to fix it. If their are new issues, we would offer our customer dealer pricing to have those issue addressed. Alternatively, this customer may choose to trade this vehicle in and find something else in our inventory to meet their needs.
Our goal at Globe Motors is to sell safe and reliable used vehicles. We aim to satisfy our customers and earn their future business.
Globe has a repair shop onsite called Velocity Automotive. This repair shop extends Dealer negotiated pricing to all of Globe customer.

If I could get some instructions on how to do this from globe motors. If they could let me no what the process is to do this what documents I need to bring and any information to make this as easy as possible and when what date they would like to do this I would greatly appreciate it.
