I ordered a product (and was charged for it) from this online company that lists its address as Colorado. The product never came. I sent 4 emails to their customer service department and received no reply. I just researched the company and saw that hundreds of people has written that this company is a scam.

I made a purchase three months ago, on October 27, 2019, and never received the product. I have called and left messages because I can never get a human being, sent emails and no response whatsoever. It was supposed to be a Christmas present. At this point, I would just like a refund. I have copies of the email confirming the order, also the company that does their billing.

Total lie. I order a product in October 1019 and here we are in 2020 with no emails besides telling me that it is possessing. I really wish I would have looked at all the reviews so much sooner

I ordered from this company on November 14, 2019. My credit card has been charged and they have been paid! The website claims that I will get a delivery status in 2-3 business days and shipping may take 8-16 days. It is now December 18, 2019 and I have NOT received any notifications. I have send them several emails, they even have one email listed on their website that is not working. I even called the one number that was listed and no one answered!

I started checking the company GlobalBigs and found many, many complaints the same as mine where money was paid to them but products were never received & no one in the company ever responded again. I realize I may be out of my small amt. of money, but it's time to charge this company with fraud. Enough is enough. Please follow through on this as I know I wasn't the first and I won't be the last to be taken in by this scamming company. That goes for the GlobalBigs name and their money collecting partner, ***. Thank you. Should you need captures of the transaction and subsequent emails to them, please let me know as I have them ready.
