Per the terms and conditions of the contract there is a $deductible which was discussed with the customer when the filed the claim on We attempted to process the deductible several times and each time it was declined The deductible was approved on and not the check can be processed
Per the email and receipt provided by the customer the address provided at time of purchase is the address customer claims he has never lived atThis claim was deemed at fraud and will not be covered
