A representative from Global Villa Vacations, Victor C***, called with an unsolicited offer that someone was willing to purchase our timeshare The offer was quite generous and the information and contract presented appeared legitimate During due diligence, we discovered that the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection was aware of Global Villas and their escrow partner *** Title and Escrow, LLC, but did not endorse or otherwise approve of their dealings Neither are recognized as legitimate businesses by this office in Georgia We were advised to walk away from any further dealings with Global Vacations
