Global Transmission Repair

I took my 2012 Dodge truck transmission to the above mentioned company for a transmission repair. The company said that there would be a two to three day turnaround on the repair. They used a used torque converter. I did't get the transmission back for five days. I picked the transmission up and brought it to a local shop in town and they put the transmission back in the truck. I drove the truck after the install was complete and it shifted fine for twenty miles and then it started to not shift into fifth or sixth gear. I called the above mentioned company and they told me to bring the truck and all up there to their shop and that they would fix it and make it right. I dropped it off on Sunday morning. I talked to them the same day at 6:30 and they told me the truck was ready. I got there and the truck threw the engine code because the speed censors had been left off. I agreed to take the truck and replace the sensors myself. I drove the truck for less than twenty miles and it went back to not shifting into fifth and sixth gears. I took the truck right back. They said that they would begin working on it first thing Monday morning. They worked on it and couldn't figure it out so they pulled the transmission out and rebuilt it again. They put the transmission back in and drove it and the same problem still existed.They changed a couple of more parts and still the same thing happened. They said that they pulled it out again to rebuilt it a second time. In the meantime, I have lost my job because they keep telling me that it will be ready and its not. The mechanic got mad because I texted him to check the status of my truck and cussed me. It has been twelve days that the company has had my truck. He will not answer the phone or a text to let me know the status of the repairs on my truck. I have no other choice than to file a complaint.
