My boyfriend bought me a training class for Christmas, I already had my permit. When I called I was told I could get a refund, when I went to the location I was refused a refund. I agreed to a partial refund but again refused. I was cornered by three men so that I felt intimidated. I was treated with no respect whatsoever. Additionally I was told the instructor teaching the class is not a member of law enforcement nor a member of the military. No credentials could be provided for the instructors qualifications other than he has a carry permit. I feel they are breaking their word to give a refund and intimidation of customers is their way of doing business.Product_Or_Service: Handgun trainingOrder_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementMy boyfriend paid $95 I think a 30% fee is acceptable but a refund of remaining monies is fair. No where in any paperwork does it state that no refund would be given.
