Global Stone does not install or provide installation services. Wendi, a global stone employee, offered a referral to *** *** for an installer but this installer is not employed or used as a subcontractor. Wendi does not receive any compensation for install
services or referral rendered to install services.The tile was correctly ordered from clients selection and contract. No issues with materials.No refund due to the fact nothing refunded and no exchange.Dave ***Owner/ Partner

I am rejecting this response because:  The material was not ordered at all. When the installers came out to install it they did not have the materials with them. They called the store and the store had forgotten to order the materials. We had to take a less expensive tile because of it that we didn't even want or wait for them to order what we originally picked out.  This company is so confused they have no idea what they are doing. Their response makes no sense. Does not even apply to our situation.

It is very unfortunate that materials did not receive in warehouse on the expectation of client [redacted].   Non-stocking items typically take 2 weeks to 8 weeks to be received.Wendi (Global Stone employee)  worked with Mr. [redacted] on an alternative tile selection.  Mr.  [redacted] sent pictures to his Wife and she approved. The "less expensive tile" is only "less expensive" because Global Stone direct imports.  Savings on direct imported products are passed to the client.  Global Stone has seen this same tile at other stores for 3x's the cost that was sold to [redacted].  Refund $200.61 was applied to [redacted]'s card # ending in [redacted].  (9/22/2017)  Difference in savings from original selection.So sorry for any inconveniences that this may have caused.  Dave [redacted]
