I'm sorry if Ms. [redacted] did not receive it but an email (see attached) was sent the day after the order was placed describing that the product was no longer available due to the owner retiring and no longer manufacturing the product. It was also explained that since we do NOT process a customers...

credit card until the day that the order is being shipped out, that Ms. [redacted] credit card was NEVER billed for the order and that ALL of her personal information (i.e. address, phone, credit card number) was deleted from our system to guarantee that there would be no way it could accidentally be charged in the future and so that none of her info could be used for future marketing purposes. The only info we keep for a cancelled order is the first & last name, order number and product ordered for reference purposes. I did try to pull up the order number in our system and all other details have been deleted from our system.
