Review: A reservation was made online with this company for a home to airport trip. I called to confirm the reservation the day before and all was set. The night before the early morning pick up - an email was sent saying they could not fulfill the reservation. I was left at 5:30 am with no car service or communication. An email is unacceptable and cancelling late the night before is also unacceptable. This company business is to provide reliable on time service for transportation. They did neither. When calling the company to inquire - the level of unprofessionalism was across the board and the dispatch is only person we could reach and they could not help us. They said that the reservation never should have been accepted and that someone forgot to close it on the online reservations system once it was full. I was basically told it was not this person's fault and he had no other options or re-course to offer. I shared my concern and anger at the lack of communication and requested a refund because they already charged my account for $92.39. This was 1/9/13. I still have not received a refund.Desired Settlement: Refund to credit card charged.

Change communication policy for future customers - of which I will not be!

I canceled this call , Refund have been issued almost two weeks ago, Client booked a car during a major conference season in [redacted], We gave client enough notice for booking other transportation, some time we run into things that we have no control.
