Crazy Behaivor by Conman Daniel Wilnau/Global Restoration Services
This is not normal. I'm not a psychologist, but there is something wrong with Conman Daniel Wilnau/Global Restoration Services, Gilberts, IL: 1) First steal from a customer under 5k & know u got away with it. 2) U claim u did the work to the Better Business Bureau or the police. 3) Conman Daniel Wilnau then hides or has no assets to collect from so šŸ¤” šŸ¤· šŸ˜, there is nothing to sue & gets away with it. 4) Customer contacts open sources that Conman Daniel Wilnau is a crook, & loses business. He lost plenty when Home Advisor dumped him. Was it worth the 2k u stole? 5) U then threaten same customers with physical violence u ripped off. 6) U then sue the customer in McHenry County for $9,999.99 for defamation & lost business. He pd $400.00 to do this. 7) U run out of the courtroom on 6/26/24 & the Judge laughs at u. 8) U see former customers in the courtroom u ripped off by cowering & run away. Anybody have any ideas šŸ’” to describe this type of behaivor, please šŸ™ enlighten me!

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/08/05) */ Global Restoration Services was hired to perform emergency services for Mr [redacted] , we provided a great service after hours to him and his wife as they slept on a couch at 3am while we saved there home Mr [redacted] GUARANTEED our staff he had insurance coverage for his water damage hence why he signed a contract with his insurance information After weeks of non payment and Global contacted Mr [redacted] and got no answer to where payment was or why it was not made, Global then contacted the insurance company only to find our he had absolutly no coverage The insurance company reviewed our invoice and not only approved the invoice but praised it for being so detailed Mr [redacted] agreed we did a fabulous job for him and agreed to pay us out of pocket as explained also to officer [redacted] Mr [redacted] instead of paying us avoided phone calls and took several vactions with the boy scouts Global could only reach Mr [redacted] via text up until a week ago and then only after he explained he had no job and could not afford to pay the invoice - was there a "problem" with the invoice Instead of doing the moral thing and paying Global Mr [redacted] contacted the police and filed a complaint he was being harrased as we were found not to be harrasing him but asking for payment, officer [redacted] has supplied Global with a police report clearing stating Global was requesting payment and in no way was in a threatening manner Mrs [redacted] also noted Mr [redacted] clearly stated to her and other officers he knew money was owed to Global and just could not afford to pay because he was jobless Global Restoration has filed a civil suit agianst the [redacted] has filed a lien on there home, and has sent them into collection Global Restoration was not only trusting but honest, we provided a great service and have not been paid

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/06/15) */ [redacted] hired along with three other contractors to do work in her new home that sat vacant for a long time ( bank owned ) she hired us to mitigate the odor and remove all insulation in the attic and clean all the mice droppings, upon us being there for a MONTH she continued to hire us for other projects because she was extreemly happy with our progress and results with the other contracted work, in the time we were there she fired a total of other contractors all of which she still owes money to, we have emails and texts messages from Mrs [redacted] stating how much she was happy with our work IN FACT SO MUCH SHE HIRED US FOR ADDITIONAL WORK the home was free of odor the entire time we where there, she has house guests living with her to help "dog sit" the home now smells like dog food, garbage and dirty dishes from lack of cleanliness, we completed all the work requested by [redacted] and instead of paying us did the same as the other contractors she hired STIFFED US, we have gone by the home and noticed she has signs everywhere in the neighborhood by other contractors stating her thievery, she has asked the police to get involved so she could escape her duties of paying here contractors, this is a shame and we have filed a law suit agianst [redacted] due to non payment of all the work that was done, in fact the inuslation was purchased by Mrs [redacted] for another contractor to install and she asked us to install it after the fact which we did correctly, we notified her she may want to add more of an R Value because it was only r-instead of doing so she hid from us and refuse to answer the phone because of her debts owed to us and MANY MANY OTHERS agian a law suit has been filed and we will collect the funds owed through the court system unless of course [redacted] does the right thing and pays her invoice that is WAY over due side note- We were such a bad contractor yet she kept asking for more additonal work? We have sent the invoice and warranty and we will resend AGAIN today.we will also supply proof of it being sent again

Hello we did in fact email a invoice with the warranty about weeks ago to this customer.the work was completed 100%, and we have no issue resending the invoice.if the customer would like he can reach me directly on my cell phone[redacted] thank you!

Attention ***, [redacted] NAirlite Unit D Elgin, IL [redacted] [email protected] Hello Mrs ***, Fist off I want to apologize for the delay in this emailed response, please know I have read this complaint in it's entirety and would like to respond: When you called you stated there was still mold in the crawlspace area of the first building and asked me to call [redacted] and schedule a walk through to reviewI spoke with [redacted] and did in fact come by and review the crawlspace again so the statement of me disappearing I'm sorry is incorrectUpon re inspection I noticed several things which I brought to ***s attention, the relative humidity was approx 78% and there was standing water in the crawlspace again, also I noticed bottles of bleach which I was told the tenant that caused the flooding attempted to spray the wood him selfAs per the warranty it clearly states you must maintain the relative humidity between 25-35% and warranty is void to do lack of structure care and or floodingApplying bleach to the wood by your tenant (or home owner who caused the flooding) is highly not recommended as bleach is 93% water and 7% hyposodiom chlorite which becomes a gas and all that remains is water in return washing away our product and feeding mold I'm sorry again for the delay but all of this was clearly explain upon re inspection [redacted]
