Hi [redacted], Thank you for speaking with me today. Based on our conversation, I am writing in response to the complaint referenced in the subject line of this text. The complainant, [redacted], was hired by our company for two days as an unpaid trainee. Typically, we offer employees one week unpaid training to make sure they are able to utilize our computer system properly. [redacted] was unable to perform her job function and as a result we were unable to permanently hire her. The check she is claiming that she should receive was not issued since our company does not pay for training and she was terminated during the training period. Please remove this complaint from the Revdex.com records. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Review: I had a terrible experience with this company. It's so unfortunate that after disrespecting me in their office, they refused to answer any follow-up emails after promising to send me a check that never arrived. They also promised to write me a letter and never did. Beware of a company that treats people this way.Desired Settlement: I expect the company to issue the check that they promised as well as the letter the manager of the company said he would write. Otherwise, it seems as if they lied in order to get me out of the office and that their word or claims of "honesty" are not worth a grain of salt.
