Global PC Support (GPS)

Review: Global Support called wanting me to renew the warranty contract that I had with them last year. I paid $129 last year and they were offering the second year for $29.95. This is a good deal, however I don't ever remember using their services last year and really didn't want a second year with them. They were VERY PUSHY and INSISTED that I shouldn't pass up this deal. So I said O.K. I would take it for one more year. They had me go to a numbeer of different websites on my laptop and I asked what we were doing. Finally they had me go to the Western Union website and I said "No, stop this, I don't want to register with Western Union." They said that I had to but I refused. They said that was how I was to pay the money...I said NO forget the whole thing. All of a sudden my laptop screen went black and then came back on with the password protection screen. (I had never used a password before.) They had locked me out of my own computer and said that I had to continue with their offer and then they would either tell me the password or remove the password protection. I refused and called them criminals. I'm locked out of my own laptop and I'm MAD.Desired Settlement: I want them to remove their password from my laptop and never contact me again. I'm also concerned about why they had me going to all those other websites...what were they doing to my computer?
